Process was roughly a week long. Applied online and was contacted a few days after to schedule an interview. Interview was very relaxed and conversational. The interview took place in the food court adjacent to the store. The interviewer was kind and enthusiastic. Was not difficult.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
