Recruiter called me telling me the hiring manager was interested in my resume - I told her she could email me so we could actually schedule a better time to talk as that is the norm for companies to email candidates so they can prepare for the interview. Anyways, the day the interview comes around I get an email saying that they need to cancel and they would reach out to reschedule. No reason for cancelling, and no effort to attempt to reschedule, so basically ghosting while having no reason for wasting my time and energy. Reviews on company culture must be accurate, probably not a great place to work if they treat job candidates like this.
