Responded to a posting and received an email the next day from the HR generalist. Through email we set a time to complete an initial screening. She was given a list of specific questions to ask. She mentioned not really knowing what the questions meant. Screening stopped because I had a specific skill, but not for the OEM they were looking for. Posting did not list a specific OEM. I was a little confused and I've been in automotive quality for over 20 years.
