- In person interviews are behavioral panel interview which are graded on 1-5 scale by 2-4 member panel

The HR and Management is very slow to provide updates. I had my interviews across "Months"
Interviews keep getting rescheduled as with no concern and respect towards the candidate's time and calendar.
And if you clear the interview they ask you for an early release from your organization and reject you if you can't. If the need is immediate, the interview shouldn't have been spanning over months.
