I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Gardena, CA) in May 2018
Interview
The interview went only 10 minutes with basis questions such as your school, experiences, typing skills. I asked them a few more questions to extend time and tried to make it not to be bored. 1 week later I got the offer. FedEx offers a very competitive benefit package. However, the base salary was way too low in compare with Logistics Industry and my experience. I sent another email to negotiate the salary. Then the manager rejected my offer and said they would replace me by someone else. I was shocked by the way the manager replied to my email. Overall, this is a very bad interviewing experience and I changed the way I used to think about FedEx.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Tonawanda, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Within a few days of applying, I was called to set up an interview. (There was no notification by email.) The interview took less than 40 minutes and was conducted by two managers. I was told to call back in two weeks for their decision.
