Interview
The interview process was very lengthy and many of the interviewers asked the same questions. Perhaps a panel would be more efficient in the future. Some of the interviewers seemed to ask situational questions that had no correct answer. It also took a long time to get a response on whether I would be hired or not.

Interview
I went to two phone interviews and one very, very long in-person interview prior to receiving an offer. The in person interview was a combination of managers, PMs and senior management interviewing back to back (not a panel). The over all process took about a week and the last interview took about 3 hours.

Question 1
Can't remember the most difficult question...just a lot of them. The senior manager interview was the hardest due to the technical questions asked regarding types of requirements and project methods and I felt like I didn't "study for the test" hard enough even though I have been a BA for years.
