FTAI Aviation interview questions

Had a phone screening with Hr. Unfortunately, they asked me if I know French, but job position did not list it as a requirement. So I did not get an interview.

The interview process was great, and I went through two in person interviews, being promised to hear back from them in a week. A week later I received a message stating that the decision process was taking longer than expected. That was the last I heard from them, even after requesting follow up information. They then called me two months later asking if I was interested in a position that I was very overqualified for. Their communication needs work.
