The interview process began fairly swiftly but ended unfortunately with the organization “ghosting” me. The lack of responses to my follow-ups and the inability to communicate transparent, timely updates to candidates speaks for itself. If someone is not moving forward, it should be a best practice to, at a minimum, update their status in the online job portal.
