The hiring process was extremely well managed. I had the opportunity to meet almost everyone. Was a positive experience overall, the company responds fast.

Very rude. Said "I DON'T WANNA SPEND A MINUTE WITH YOU! TAKE YOUR COAT! GO!!", after he knew I would not work for him forever. They are looking for people who can work for him forever, who can make profit for him in lifetime.
Information session explaining the working of the company, this was followed by the interview.
Asked about my knowledge of markets, knowledge of trading and any experience hitherto.
Asked if working long hours with no pay initially was a dissuasion (the job entails a one month shadowing period followed by 2 months of using a trading simulator).
