Had two phone interviews, one with the department manager and another with a lead designer from a different department, then there was the in-person interview. The in-person interview was 5 hours long and I met with 7 people, two of which were designers the rest were team members who will work closely with this Sr. Web Design position. The office was relaxed but it was very clear they were looking for a specific type of designer with a lot of experience. Though I had a great interview and everyone gave me a positive review, the other candidates just had way more experience than me.
