Interview
The first step was a telephone interview with head of operations (who would be my line manager), followed by a second call with the Chief Software Architect. The final step was an in-person interview with the CEO, who was in Houston at the time.

Asked about my education, why I applied for the position, my motivations. They were very direct in asking about my skill and desire for the position. We talked about my interest in tech companies and the business environment in Houston. I suppose they wanted to know what made me tick.
