Interview
The person in charge of hiring expects a detailed cover letter alongside your CV, oterwise he'll discard the application. Once sufficient interest/knowledge in the company is shown he will generally arrange a meeting in a casual environment to discuss the job further, or if based elsewhere this wil take place via Skype. If successful, a tutorial on the tech will be conducted a few days later.

Interview
The interviews are not quite difficult and can be answered right away. The interviewees are also nice and able to explain things in a respectful manner. They can to provide the right questions as well as your concerns about the job.
