Interview
Very lengthy multi-step interview process that involves the hiring manager as well as other key stakeholders. Final round is a project presentation specific to the role. The process gives the impression that they are willing to take their time to evaluate candidates. While the process was lengthy, and there were multiple delays, the talent acquisition team was good at communicating (even when there was no news) to ensure I was aware of any delays and next steps.

Question 1
Questions were specific to the position. I don't recall too many behavioral interview questions. Focus was on specific job experience that would be relevant in the position.
First call with recruiter, hiring manager, five interviews with team members. Got message that the organization is unsure what they are looking for and the position is on pause. Recruiter was very good with followup, but every followup happened 2-4 weeks out.
