I completed a short phone call with a recruiter. She was very candid about the role and the expectations/challenges. At that time I decided it was not a good fit. She was very nice about it and we agreed to keep in touch for future possible opportunities.

She asked if I was prepared not to have a team for support since it was a very new role.
