The process is quite stringent, but the benchmarks keep moving based on the requirement. They used to have a written test, which was quite interesting and challenging. Once you cleared that you were called for interview. There could be 2-3 levels of interviews which too were quite stimulating.
First, I gave my CV to hr, then they told me to pass an online interview, after that I should join a company interview. When I passed the interview, I became an intern.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Evalueserve (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2022
Interview
Total three rounds:
Case study comprising a deck preparation on a niche market in China
Second round an interview comprising questions on managerial capabilities and industry trends
The third round was with an Associate Director, client handling and communication, questions on scoping of requests and identifying best approach to take.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Evalueserve
Interview
Slow & confusing. the interviewers feel they are superior and doing you a favor for taking your interview. their video will be off at all times and you are expected to keep your video on. If you also turn it off, you will be asked in an authoritative tone - "Keep your video on, I want to see your expressions!" Felt lack of respect twice in one interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's your Date of Birth ? Point blank. I have 10 years of experience. Can't you calculate ?? And then asking this to a female interviewee only tells the bias they have for women. Don't shout we are equal opportunity employers if you have to ask such questions out of the blue only coz you are interviewing a female candidate.
