Ethos Farm interview questions

The interview is scenario based questions such as, “ tell me a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.” This can be answered using the the STAR method.

The interview was straightforward and professional. They asked standard questions, but the interview was still conversational, not stressful—very positive experience. The interviewers took time to explain what I didn't understand about the role.
