First there was the initial call with HR where they asked me about my experience and previous roles; then reviewed what the company does, From there an official interview was booked via Zoom with the HR Rep & manager, This interview was about 20 minutes long. The final steps included a reference check and a secondary social interview to meet some staff members. After this I received an offer.
