Quick on the phone screen then one in-person interview. The phone screen was asking about who you are, interest and baseline experience. In person is more about what you would be a good fit, interest within the industry, and scheduling.
Interview process was standard. Learn about the company background including service lines and areas they operate in. General questions on strengths, weaknesses. Why do you want to work in the company? Why do you want this position.
It was a straightforward, single interview with the manager. Nothing hard just the basic interview questions and questions about your past experience in customer service. It was easy and not threatening
The interview process felt like a conversation, yes it is important to talk about professional skills but I liked that they also focused on you as a person in the process.
