It's easy process. First round was written assessment in which you need to mention about yourself and your understanding towards market research after that manager will take the interview and then they will email you that you are selected or not.

Two round one with HR with some basic questions and 2nd round with the owner of the company who handles the BPO part of the company. He will ask some process related questions and a few maths questions. For eg. How much is 60% of 90?
