The process lasted 3+ weeks. The first interview was a 10-minute phone interview asking basic questions about background and establishing what I knew about the company and if I was genuinely interested. Next was an hour-long behavioral interview in-person with the talent acquisition manager. A third interview lasted two hours with the first half consisting of more behavioral questions directed towards past programming projects from two senior developers and the second half consisting of a coding sample (three problems to choose from). Finally, there was another hour-long behavioral interview with two senior staff members. Each interview was kept to a two-interviewer maximum and they were very prompt with getting back to me after each interview. Ultimately they chose a candidate with experience in the field (I was entry level).
