After applying online, they get back to you and assign you a small pilot project (unpaid, about one week of time to complete it). Then you do an interview on skype. If those get you noticed, you will work one day with their team in their office. And then, maybe get hired. Their reaction times were quite long. Not very responsive to emails. Very friendly on the skype interview. Probably trying to do too many things at the same time.
