I was contacted by Talent Agency and had around 6-7 interviews. "Technical" interviews seemed easy to me and I've been told feedback was good throughout the process. However in the middle of process team I was interviewed to suddenly switched without explanation, I had another interview with new team after the interview that was called "final". Afterwards talent agency recruiter keep contacted me postponing final decision from EIT side and after couple of month (expected) rejection finally reached me. Overall very frustrating non transparent process with "polite" good feedback and no updates in the end. Cause most interviews were mostly talking about projects and past experience, there was no objective scoring for that, in the very end I was a bit confused about rejections as feedback throughout process was good and rejection feedback was very vague (but this is typical probably). Enjoyed couple of interviews with actual team leaders though, but overall handling candidate's feedback and interaction was not great. I understand you may have big candidates pool and can afford be very picky, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't respect candidates' time and effort put into your interview process.
