The interview process at Elevate K-12 was fast, challenging but quite interesting. For this role there were 3 rounds, one with their recruiter (15 min), one with the hiring manager (30 min), and one with a panel that included the hiring manager, CEO and Marketing Director. They provide prompts for the panel interview and expect you to come prepared. The time between rounds was extremely short, and there was a decision made in less than a few hours. Very cool interview process because you really get to prepare and you have time to show them your capabilities. It's not rushed like other interviews and you aren't left waiting forever on an answer. I also liked what I heard from the company. The CEO as an example did a great job of answering questions thoughtfully, and did not make me feel unimportant or rushed. In the end I received another offer that turned out to be better for me, but if the interview process is any indication, Elevate K-12 seems like a greatly place to work.
