Online application. Then I was referred to taking an online personality questionnaire to see if I met their criteria for the position. I received an email a week later requesting me to set up a 30 minute phone interview. About 10 days later I had in-person interview. They had 5 questions they wanted me to answer during the 1 hour time allotted for the interview. Unfortunately, I received an email a week later saying they were not going forward with me for this position.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
