Edelman Senior Project Manager interview questions

I applied online in September 2023 for a Senior Project Manager role in Toronto. A month later (yes, a month!), someone from their HR team reached out for a quick phone call. They asked: - If I was OK to go the office 3 days - If I was vaccinated - If I was flexible around the salary Their range for a Senior PM (with 7 years of exp) was 80-90k which is incredibly low for Toronto. If you're working in Project Management, look at the PMI salary index and adjust with the recent inflation.

Friendly HR screener followed by a couple of Zoom interview rounds. Enjoyable conversations but was told the team couldn't form a personal connection... over video chats. Overall odd experience but friendly team.
