Interview process had several rounds, including an exercise. Unfortunately after the exercise which was supposed to be the final stage I was completely ghosted. Pretty disappointing to go through all that time and effort and not even receive the courtesy of a ‘thank you but we’ve gone in a different direction’. I did end up connecting with the recruiter separately who told me there was a mass layoff (she was one of them) so understand this may have been the reason but still to have never received any follow up put a bad taste in my mouth.
