Interview
I applied online to a new location that was still being built and got a call back from a manger three days later. I set up an interview time at their temporary hiring office. I first talked to the manager who called me, who asked easier questions and also talked about availability. He then brought me to the operating director who asked me lots of situational questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
You notice a coworker is running behind on making milkshakes. Your manager told you to clean the bathroom, but your coworker really needs help. What do you do?
The dishwasher broke and your manager got you and some other employees to work on fixing it. Some of your coworkers complain that this isn't their job and leave you alone to fix the dishwasher. What do you do?
I applied online first then was asked to come in for an interview. At the interview I arrived 10 mins early and meet with the general manager he was very nice and friendly. Got asked basic questions and was told that they would call me back for a second interview after he spoke to the operating director. Got a call the following few hours and came in for a personality test the following day and got asked more basic questions with the operating director. Then the same day a few hours later I was offered the job with the wage that I asked for and scheduled my orientation.
