Corresponded with Eastman for 4 months regarding an open account manager position after having been contacted by a recruiter. After several interviews, you are asked to participate in a sales roleplay with materials given to you 24 hours prior. The roleplay is more so an antiquated push at getting an candidate to "hard sell" the potential client. The experience was extremely awkward and outdated. Think "sell me this pen" type of interview... After this experience, I would be skeptical to ever apply for a position at Eastman again.

Manager focus on job experience and how do you deal with conflict and competition.
It's a meaningful experience and Eastman is a good company which has a balance resource given.

After I had 5 interviews, I have responded negative due to my german language weakness and relocation progress. I am not satisfied the hiring progress. Because my language level and relocation status could be evaluated at the beginning of the progress, not after all of these interviews.
