Phone interview - strengths based with HR
Assessment centre - psychometric tests, group case study exercise, etray, written exercise
Strengths based partner interview - CV questions, motivational questions on role and EY, limited technical questions
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
