EVB Inc. interview questions

My whole interview process was fairly painless except that it was hard to coordinate with the schedule of the team members meant to interview me. The HR manager did her best and I ended up having to come in about 3 times but they were always nice and professional. The HR manager was apologetic about how many times I had to come in and reschedule but I understood. If you work at an agency, your time is somewhat unpredictable.

During the interviews and visit they put on a very nice and positive face. But as I began to work there most of it was all a sham. All the "inspiring work" that was featured on the website was created by senior members who got first dibs on the good projects. Entry level ideas where highly questioned and long hours were expected out of everyone for pitch after pitch after pitch.
