Interview
I applied online, received an e-mail within 24-hours and set-up a phone screening followed by a Skype interview with the team. The Skype interview wasn't structured and people were in and out of the frame.

Question 1
Describe a situation, where something didn't go as planned. How did you handle the situation and if it was resolved, how so and what was your involvement?
It was fine but I was little surprised at how long the process was... I think I had 3 or so phone interviews before I finally got a face-to-face. When I finally got the face-to-face, I got a panel and not just any panel but a "rotating" panel. They literally invite everyone in the company to sit-in and I had people coming in and out of the room for the entire interview.
