Phone interview was not well led. Was not introduced to all people who were present (only 3 people). I found out there was a third person when he asked me a question.

Telephonic interview -Conversation included general questions about my current employment and availability.
Followed by short onsite interview with a group panel. There were 5 more candidates for 1 opening.
