Interview
Initial Call with the Recruiter: The process started with a phone call with the recruiter, where we discussed my experience, background, and qualifications. It was an opportunity for them to understand my skills and see how they align with the role.
Interview with Direct Manager: Next, I had a conversation with my potential direct manager. In this call, I learned more about the company, its culture, and the specific responsibilities of the position. It was also a great chance for me to ask questions about the team and daily tasks.
Technical Interview with Direct Manager and Support Team Member: In this step, I participated in a technical interview with the direct manager and a support team member. This interview focused on assessing my technical skills and how I solve problems relevant to the role.
Final Interview with Team Leader and HR: The process wrapped up with a call involving the team leader and someone from HR. This stage was about evaluating my fit with the team, discussing the company's values, and clarifying any remaining questions I had about the role, benefits, and expectations.
