Multiple zoom interviews with people who ended up being your colleagues because there is no Human Resources. The operations Director at the time was amazing and the main reason why I continued the interview process as I would report to her if hired. The CEO interviewed me and her questions were very ditzy and distracting as she kept swinging her hair from side to side when speaking to you. Eventually I had a face to face and she was more concerned about the shoes I was wearing and listening to herself speak than an actual interview. It was very interesting interview and figured perhaps that’s how startups interviewed versus a more professional setting.
