You take a questionnaire basically asking what would you do or wouldn't do in a certain situation. Which lets them get a feel for your personality and see what type of persons you are. There also a test to see how well you count money. It gives you money situations like you would receive working as a cashier.

The interview was very easy and detailing of the job. The interviewer asked questions regarding why were you a fit for the position, why did you apply for the position and so more.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dollar General

Really easy, might depend on who is giving it. But the manager was really sweet and the whole process was quick and easy and was asked when I could start almost immediately. Took like 10 minutes in person.
