Discovered (United Arab Emirates) interview questions

We agreed on the time of the first call with the recruiter. About 2-3 minutes before the call she texted that she was stuck on another meeting and asked to choose another time. I proposed my options and asked her to provide others if my options don't work. She didn't reply. I waited for a day or two and sent a follow-up email, she replied that probably my message was lost in her inbox and that now she is on vacation and will return to me next week. Of course she didn't, so I sent another follow-up and still silence. All in all, it's good to discover the company's culture at the very beginning and not after signing the contract :)
