Interview
I was placed at this company as a temporary employee. After four months, I was called in for a formal interview with potential for hire. I interviewed with the President of the company first, and then the Vice President and Accounting Manager next. I was given skills tests in Access, Lotus Notes Domino, Taleo, and a myiad of other software and programmer test.
