it was very good. they ask me simple questions and told me what exactly should i do and what they want . i was very nervous because that was my first interview but they were very nice and friendly.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dillard's (Hurst, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
