A process of 4 interviews. Interviews go through a hiring manager, department manager, and store manager. Each interview gets more difficult and intimidating. Make sure you do research on the company to ask proper questions to seem interested and answer questions if asked by the manager.

What will convince me that you're responsible enough to take this part-time position?
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
