1st Test Round - You have to give the test like designing something to call you regarding job 2nd round - Personal Interview 3rd round - Design something in ten minutes so can they will understand you can work in pressure

I applied on the company's email id and got a call within two weeks in December 2017. On the day of the interview, I directly met the founder who asked me the following questions: 1) About Myself 2) About my experience with the previous company. 3) My favorite brand that I follow and why 4) Any Digital Marketing or Social media campaign that I recently liked and why. 5) Kind of brands I look forward to work with. 6) About my hobbies and interests apart from my professional. In the end, they gave me a task and asked to frame a social media strategy for a renowned book launch which I was able to finish within 15 mins. The interview was later followed up on the call for the final HR round.
