Firstly an online test comprising quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and English is conducted on AMCAT site. The exam is pretty easy and 100 students out of 500 students were shortlisted for the case study/group discussion round. There were 12 groups and about 39 students were selected for the HR/Technical round. The case study round is the major elimination round. Only those students who spoke valid points in the case study round were selected. It is good to speak less and to the point instead of blabbering and taking lot of time.
