Applied for a place on the summer scheme. Process was straightforward - online application, numerical test then onsite interview. Onsite consisted of one competency interview, e tray exercise, case study and lunch with current analysts. E-tray involved sorting and responding to incoming emails, for the case study you had to write an essay. Note the interview was in 2008 but I can only select 2009 here.

Through HireVue, I was given the chance to try out my devices first, and then 6 questions were asked, each given 1 minute preparation time and 3 minutes answer time, after that 4 mini games were played

10 min presentation followed by follow-up questions and some technical questions. There were also group discussions. Provided us breakfast and lunch. We were split into groups that interviewed for specific sectors witin Deloitte.
