Multi step, straightforward enough. Written exam style and online interactive simulation style tasks. Takes them a while to get back to you. Overall it is nothing too crazy or unpredictable.
The questions during the interview are much difficult than my expectation. Only few questions are based on my cv and other questions are very professional which are above my knowledge level.
