Interviewed by 3 different employees individually. HR, then mid-level engineer, then principal.
The interview was pretty straight forward. They asked about me, my resume, work experience, and classes. projects in school. Mostly behavioral and little technical. Between the 3 - 1:1 sessions and touring the office, I was there about 1-2 hours.
I interviewed back in August for a position that wasn't available until January/ February as they mentioned. They told me to wait a couple months before following up. I understood. Since August, I tried contacting HR through phone and email with no response. By October I was being patient because they did tell me to wait. By December into Jan and now Feb, HR still is ignoring my calls and I am still left with no response. As far as I know, I am still being considered.
I would happily hear yes or no from the firm, but stringing me along for 6 months and ignoring any form of contact is very unprofessional. Disappointed at the firms actions (or lack of). Lesson learned: don't wait on a company's response, keep moving forward until you get an offer. I since accepted an offer elsewhere.
