Interview
I passed the online tests which were quite challenging for me as they were the first online tests I have done. After that it was the video interview. The video interview had in total 4 questions and it was very strange.
I know that after the video interview I think it was the phone interview and then assessment centre.
Online assessments often feel useless when questions aren’t related to the role. We’re humans, not machines to be filtered by generic tests that ignore real skills and practical experience entirely.
