I applied online and about 5 days later, I got a call from the executive manager. We scheduled an interview and I was hired on the spot. He only asked one question and then afterwards, we just went over all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I also had to get a drug test, physical, and background check and provide paperwork for that. About 2 weeks later, I handed in my paperwork to him and scheduled orientation.
