First a recruiter called me about the position to set up the interview with the facility administrator. Then they sent emails with instructions on drug testing and to read and acknowledge policies. They have a group called the welcome wagon to get you started. It's kind of strange because you don't deal very much with the staff working in the unit as much as this welcome wagon team that gives you the info. The staff and patients were all very friendly.
