It was awesome. Applied online, recruiter called 4-5 days after for 10 min interview. Next day received call from group hiring manager for f2f interview. Got job in f2f interview, currently in process of background check and lab tests.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Philadelphia, PA) in May 2013
Interview
Had a phone interview, the recruiting coordinator was okay. The questions was pretty standard, such as: explain about yourself, the experience that I have, why do I applied for the job etc. I didn't get an offer, probably because I asked too high salary for the position.
