Good! Accomodating and professional interviewer, speak clearly and explained the company background. A lot of opportunities from this company, offers on site and work from home set up. The salary is good especially for newbie, they will accept you and give the chance to express yourself without limits.

I applied for the bilingual position of the same role and obviously had to answer questions in both languages to demonstrate proficiency in them. Most questions were the typical questions a candidate should expect for this type of role. I did have to give a few examples of when I had to go above and beyond to deliver satisfactory customer service or demonstrate patience with angry callers

Zoom interview with two people. Nice friendly people. Waited a couple more weeks to find out if accepted. I was accepted and training was 10 weeks long. Must be in training without missing a day.
