It was well organized and the interviewers made you feel comfortable. They asked a lot of questions on students behavior in class and how as a class teacher you would address the situation.

I applied one evening. Received a call the next morning and they wanted me to interview the same day. I couldn’t so they had me come in the next day. The day after that they offered me the job.
